Education in the community has been a passion of mine. Having the opportunity to prepare a talk, speech, lecture or worship has always been a passion of mine. The specialties of which I lecture are health, wellness, and fitness. Focus on health care goals, healthcare advocacy, and teaching about health maintenance. 

I also provide mind-body and soul lectures and workshops focusing on the mental health of the community by proving education and tips on maintaining health and wellness. 

We also provide education in cultural diversity and inclusion in healthcare and in the community. Teaching the importance of inclusion especially within the LGBTQIAP2S community. I focus on not only health mental and physical but also on building acceptance of all who are in the community.
