We provide and assist with teaching, coaching, and mentoring using a program developed to improve the Business/Corporations perspective of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) to build a better diverse and inclusive work environment. Through the use of coaching, seminars, speaking/lecturing, and workshops. The goal is to :

-Increase and improve diversity in leadership roles

-Increase retention of employees and attract a more diverse clientele

- Create an inclusive and diverse workplace environment

-Creating Wellness programs to maintain a healthy work environment

Fee is base on service provided.

Workshop 45min $1500 1-30 participants (additional $500/ 10 additional participant)

 Workshop 90min $2000/ 1-30 participants (additional $700/ 10 additional participant)

Speaking Engagements 45min $1000

Coaching and Mentoring $100/Hr

Group Coaching $200/Hr
